About Bee Pollen
What is Bee Pollen?
It is a powerful natural resource, full of bio-available vitamins, minerals, and amino acids, that prolongs life and heals many elements.
A renowned French scientist, Allan Kayaks, who spent a lifetime studying bee pollen, wrote:
“Just a few grams of bee pollen in our daily diet can return to us all that modern life quietly takes away from us, one by one; this miraculous natural substance full of vitamins and other elements necessary for human health, made for us by flowers with the aid of the sun, and delivered to us by tireless little hive dwellers.”
Various international researchers have studied and confirmed the beneficial properties of bee pollen. They have shown that pollen can be considered a “perfect food”. It contains a plethora of necessary for the proper functioning of human body vitamins, amino acids, and minerals, and is rich in potassium, iron, copper, and cobalt.
Also present in pollen are important trace elements such as calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, manganese, chromium, and iodine. It is a rich source of vitamins, especially vitamins A, E, C, and contains almost the entire B-vitamin complex in addition to vitamins D, P, PP, and K. It also contains plant hormones and substances with antibacterial properties and is abundant in phenolic compounds with multiple properties: anti-atherosclerotic, anti-inflammatory, capillary fortifying, antioxidant, diuretic, anti-tumor, etc. Many enzymes present in bee pollen play an important role in our metabolism. Finally, four human growth factors were found in pollen as well. In general, bee pollen has 50 biologically active substances that can positively affect multiple irregularities in the human body and 240 substances necessary for the normal exchange of biochemical processes involved in preserving life.
There is no analog in nature with an equal concentration of compounds essential for the proper development and functioning of our bodies. Many of my customers have told me that their children eating pollen stopped getting sick, are developing well, and are even doing better in school. People shared with me that bee pollen became a regular part of students’ diet in many elite schools in Moscow.
Pollen is a valuable natural remedy for the treatment and prevention of prostate problems. A healthy man regularly consuming pollen significantly decreases his risk of being afflicted by these issues. Bee pollen consumption produces good results with heart disease as well. The elderly noted a significant improvement in their wellbeing.
Today, it is difficult to find another remedy with a similarly positive impact on health. That explains why, year after year, bee pollen’s use during the treatment and prevention of various diseases rises.
This information was gathered from a vast variety of sources, many years of personal experience and observations, and stories shared with me by people consuming this wonderful natural food. Interestingly, almost all of them report increased levels of energy and a feeling of lightness in the body.
There were a number of cases when allergies cleared up, hemorrhoids disappeared, and weight loss ensued. For instance, one young man showed up for work on the 8th day after he started taking bee pollen. Every year before, he had been stricken by severe seasonal allergies and health complications to a point that he could not work for three months out of the year.
Just days ago, we received a thank-you letter from a man in Buffalo, NY, who suffered from obesity and cholesterols levels as high as 350. He tried various diets and medications. Around a year ago, he ordered our bee pollen for the first time. The first change he reported was weight loss. He now writes that his cholesterol level is around 203, without the aid of medications or special diets. I’d like to provide an excerpt from his letter:
“I must tell you of one of the benefits of the honey/pollen combination. For many years, I had a problem with high cholesterol, it would range from 235 (the best I could ever get it) to 350. I had it checked recently after being on the honey/pollen for just over a year. My cholesterol was 203! I haven’t been doing anything differently (drugs, diet change) since taking your product. Hope to continue taking the honey/pollen for as long as I can.”
I have also witnessed dark spots caused by a bad liver disappear in just 3-4 days after beginning the pollen intake.
Finally, I would like to cite a few lines from a book called “Golden Book of Alternative Medicine”: “It is recommended that you reduce the intake of food, especially animal proteins, during pollen consumption. Studies show that 20 grams of bee pollen contain as much protein as 1 kilogram of meat, with bee pollen being a much better source of protein.”
I want to note that my observations are those of a simple beekeeper, not a doctor. If you are having problems with your health, please consult your doctor first.
In conclusion, I would like to tell you why our bee pollen is better. Firstly, we collect our pollen in Florida’s Ocala Natural Forest. It is an ecologically clean area without manufacturing or processing facilities introducing pollution into the environment and poisoning everything alive. Secondly, as a result of our proprietary technology aimed at weakening the strength of the membrane covering the core of a pollen granule and grading the pollen granules together with honey, our pollen is better digested by the body compared to dry pollen. Not only that, but its shelf life is also significantly improved as well.
